Pas d'accord pour les noms de chaque espèce, une situation très compliquée et fluide.
L'identification des espèces de Taraxacum n'est pas possible sur le terrain. Il faut voir les feuilles bien avant et à floraison, regarder les graines, semer les graines et cultiver les plantes. Pas très practique.
Souche vivace épaisse ; pédoncules radicaux de 6-30 cm dressés ou ascendants, monocéphales
Écologie : (répartition d'après la flore) Prés, bords des chemins, lieux incultes, partout; Corse.
Répartition hors de France : Europe, Sibérie, Japon, Afrique septentrionale, Amérique septentrionale.

Correct identification of the many species of Taraxacum practically impossible in the field. It is very complicated, needing observation of species through the seasons and then growing on from seed to confirm.
A conspicuous and very variable perennial with heads of yellow flowers 15-35 mm diam., on leafless, simple scapes 15-30 cm tall, growing erect from the centre of a rosette of leaves.
Ecology UK: (distribution according to flora) It is abundant and generally distributed in pastures, waste places and similar situations throughout the British Isles.

Flowers: Outer involucral bracts narrow, linear, usually recurved or somewhat spreading; inner with a small tooth on the outer side of the apex.
Flowering UK: Late March-late June and mid Aug onwards
